Dishloom Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Dishloom’s mobile applications, website, and related services. By creating an account or using Dishloom, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your location. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Dishloom a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to provide and improve features you request. You are responsible for having the right to submit recipe text, links, media, and other content.
AI, nutrition, and safety
Dishloom assists with recipe organization and adaptation; it is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. AI output, nutrition, allergens, food safety, substitutions, and cooking times may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify ingredients, allergies, temperatures, and dietary requirements before cooking or serving food.
Subscriptions and purchases
Dishloom Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. The purchase screen shows the localized price, billing period, included features, and any trial or introductory offer before purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store, Google Play, or applicable web billing account. Unless canceled before renewal under your store’s rules, the subscription renews automatically at the displayed billing interval and price.
Manage or cancel mobile subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting Dishloom does not automatically cancel a subscription. Refunds, trial eligibility, price changes, and billing disputes are governed by the applicable store or payment provider and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Dishloom, violate law or third-party rights, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, scrape the service, or use Dishloom to cause harm. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.
Availability and changes
Features may change and may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these Terms and will provide notice when required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Disclaimers and liability
Dishloom is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated content is accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and contact
You may stop using Dishloom at any time and delete your account in Settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive. Questions may be sent to support@dishloom.com.
